Do we require a deposit?
No deposits are required for booking. Simply fill out the online booking form. We will reach out with a contract agreement and safety procedures. Upon delivery of the unit the balance is due.
What is your cancelation policy?
- Inclement Weather: In the event of inclement weather, your booking may have to be cancelled due to safety reasons.
- Cancellation with 48 Hours Notice: If customers provide a cancellation notice at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled rental, no fee will be charged.
- Cancellation within 48 Hours: For cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled rental, a $50 fee may be applicable.
- Rescheduling: We understand sometimes plans do not run accordingly, should you need to reschedule simply reach out to us and we are happy to help accomodate your needs.

The delivery fee is included in the rental price within our designated service area. Additional charges may apply for locations outside this area. Please contact to further discuss delivery fees.

Do I need to supervise the bounce house during the rental period?
Yes, adult supervision is required at all times to ensure the safety of the children using the bounce house. We recommend having a responsible adult present to supervise the play and enforce safety rules.
What happens if there is bad weather on the day of my rental?
We understand that weather can be unpredictable. In the event of bad weather conditions such as heavy rain or strong winds, we may need to cancel or reschedule your booking. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.
Are there any additional charges or hidden fees?
We strive for transparency, and our pricing is upfront with no hidden fees. The rental price includes delivery, setup, and pickup within our service area. However, additional charges may apply for extended rental periods, delivery outside of our service radius, or specific requests.
